Collaboration Makes a Difference in Your Classroom's Community!

Devera Moore's 4th grade class at Oakridge Elementary has started their amazing journey. They have entered the world of collaboration through Google Drive!

The class researches and discovers an American hero each week. Then, with their new knowledge, assembles their information on one document using Google Documents (Docs). The students collaborate and use their voices to inspire others through peer editing then offer ideas to enhance their sentences.

Google Drive provides opportunities to engage students in both literacy and technology, allows students to save their work in the cloud and enables students to publish and share their work with an authentic audience.
